Augusta Rae Buvens

  Funeral services for Ms. Augusta Rae Buvens, 82, will be held at
2 p.m., on Wednesday, November 15, at Warren Meadows Funeral
Home. Interment will follow in the St. John Cemetery.

  Ms. Buvens passed away at 1:30 a.m., at Schumpert Hospital in
Shreveport, on November 12.

  She is survived by three sons, Claude Gill of Martinez,
California, Jerry Buvens of Ruston, and Jackie Buvens of Many;
four daughters, Pauline Harris of Shreveport, Rae Cox of Vivian,
Betty Whatley of Rodessa, and Linda Butts of Shreveport; two
brothers, Willy Walker of Shreveport, and Sidney Walker of
Henderson, Texas; 21 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
