Mr. Daniel M. Bass, Sr.

  Mr. Daniel M. Bass, Sr., 102, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2000 at IHS
of Many.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 14 at Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with interment following at Magnolia
Cemetery in West Lake at 3 p.m. Elder Ivar Wierholt and Elder J.
Michael Slay officiated.

  Survivors include one daughter, Katherine Bass Blume of Many; one
son, Kenneth Riley Bass of Houston, Texas; one sister, Evvie Bass
Stevens of St. George, Utah; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mr.
Bass was preceded in death by his two sons, Daniel M. Bass and Ray
Leonard Bass.

  Pallbearers were Dr. John Areno, David Aremo, Matt Aremo, Stephen
Bass, John Bass, Ken Bass Jr. and Timothy Bass.
