Burton L. Bass

  Burton L. Bass, 58, of Shreveport, died at his home Sunday,
following a lengthy illness.

  Mr. Bass was a native of Pelican, but had lived in Shreveport
for the past 24 years.

  Included in his survivors is a brother, Payton Bass of Pleasant
Hill.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday, at 2 p.m., in the Wellman's
Funeral Home in Shreveport.
