Belma Bass

  Funeral services were held for Miss Belma Bass of Pineland,
Tex., on Tuesday, August 23, 1983, at 2 p.m., at Warren Meadows
Funeral Home Chapel. Interment was at Aimwell Cemetery. Bros.
Clarence Howell, Wayne Mate, and F. O. Russell officiated.
Services were under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers included Freeman Gates, Billy Bass, Donnie Bass,
David Bass, Clayton Dowden, and Danny Bass.

  Miss Bass died Sunday, August 21, at Sabine County Hospital in
Hemphill, Tex. She was 71 years of age.

  She is survived by three sisters, Ethel Dowden of Zwolle, Pearl
Sunderland of Pineland, Tex., Alice Gates of Hemphill, Tex., and
one brother, George C. Bass of Rosevine, Tex.
