Charlie Bass

  Mr. Charlie Bass, 97, of Zwolle, died in Many, on Jan. 15, 1986,
at 5 p.m.

  Services were held at Beulah Baptist Church, at 2 p.m., on Jan.
17, with Revs. Kenneth Leach Sr., and James Flanagan officiating.
Burial was in Beulah Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  He is survived by three sons, Howard Bass of Many, L. C. Bass of
Shreveport, and Hershel Bass of Cleveland, Tex.; two daughters,
Merita Armstrong of Zwolle, and Aleeoe Jones of Noble; one
sister, Mrs. Florence Armstrong; 45 grandchildren; 91 great
grandchildren; and 39 great-great grandchildren.
