Bush, 55, were held at 10 a.m., Thursday, January 4, 1990, at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Rev. Johnny Tipton, pastor of Grawood Baptist Church, officiated the services. Graveside services were at 1 p.m., in McComic Cemetery in Many. Mr. Bush died Sunday, December 31, 1989, at his residence, following a sudden illness. He was born in Many, and had been a resident of Keithville for the past 20 years. Mr. Bush was a Welder for Kast Metal Company, a Baptist, and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Bush of Keithville, and their daughter, Melody Jean Bush, also of Keithville. Mr. Bush is also survived by his five older children, Susan Diane Day of Keithville, Jerry DeWayne Bush of Shreveport, James Stanley Bush of Tennessee, Judy Lynn Bush of Shreveport, and Ernest Scott Bush of Tennessee; three brothers, and one sister, Cecil W. Bush of Shreveport, Curtis L. Bush of Many, James C. Bush of Jackson Village, Arkansas, and Miss Mita Ardoin of Ville Platte; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
