Grover Box

  Grover Cleveland Box, 82, died Sunday, June 2, at his residence
at Flora.

  Funeral services were held at 3:30 p.m., June 3, in the
Provencal Baptist Church.

  Survivors include his widow; three sons, Grover H. Box of
Provencal, J. C. Box of Keithville, N. Box of Pardaiat, La.; four
daughters, Mrs. P. J. Waters of Flora, Mrs. Oree Johnijen of
McDade, Mrs. Luther Phedoteaus, and Mrs. Carmen Roberts, both of
Provencal; four sisters, Mrs. Eva Tharris of Robeline, Mrs.
Stella Phillips, and Mrs. Amos Ponder, both of Pleasant Hill, and
Mrs. Evie Hale of Lake Charles; 22 grandchildren; and one great
grandchild.
