Watson Busby

  Watson Busby of Anchorage, Alaska, died in Valdez, Alaska, on
Saturday, June 28, following a short illness. He was 72.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Louise Busby of Anchorage; a
brother, M. A. Gore of Warren, Tex., and Carl Gore of Houston,
Tex.; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Maria Kraus of Anchorage; two sisters,
Mrs. Leona Miller Robbins of Shreveport, and Mrs. Blanche Farris
of Orange, Tex.; one stepsister, Mrs. Leonora Smithhart of Big
Sandy, Tex.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

  Funeral services will be held Friday, July 4, at 2 p.m., in the
Little Flock Baptist Church. The Rev. E. E. Walker will
officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery, under the
direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
