Busby, 72, of Pacific, Mo., died Monday, Jan. 16, 1984, in the St. Joseph Hospital in Kirkwood, Mo. Mrs. Busby was born in Negreet, La., and was a resident of Pacific, Mo., for 11 years. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 17, at 3 p.m., in the Thieber Funeral Home Chapel in Pacific, with the Rev. Earlwood Towne, pastor of the Pacific Baptist Church, officiating. Funeral services will be held today, at 2 p.m., in the Little Flock Baptist Church, with the Rev. David Hudner of Jenna, and the Rev. Louis Skinner, pastor of Little Flock, officiating. Interment will be in the Little Flock Cemetery, under the direction of the Hixon Funeral Home of Leesville. Survivors include her husband, Percy Busby of Pacific, Mo.; six daughters, Jo Calhoun of DeRidder, Jean Navarre of Porterdale, Ga., Charlene Stephens of Florrisand, Mo., Alene Watkins, and Mary Doomer of Houston, Tex., and Linda Post of San Francisco, Calif.; two sons, Jerry Busby of Freeland, Wash., and Thomas Busby of Pacific, Mo.; four sisters, Minnie Knippers of DeRidder, Elsie Green, Groves, Tex., Jennie Bolgonia of Leesville, and Myrtle Lea Miller of Bridge City, Tex.; 28 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
