All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Blanche Anders Bostick Funeral services for Blanche Anders Bostick, 91, of Natchitoches, were held Tuesday, July 16, 1996, at 11 a.m., in the chapel of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Officiating was Revs. Doug Cain, James Poole, and Clifford Locke. Interment was in Memory Lawn Cemetery in Natchitoches. She passed away Sunday, July 14, at her residence, after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Bostick was a native of Robeline, a member of the First Methodist Church in Natchitoches, Blanche Bostick Missionary Circle, and Chapter 1 of the P.E.O. Sisterhood, where she served as president from 1965-1966. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Martin Bostick Jr. Survivors include four half sisters, Faye Rains, Tommie Jean Neugent, both of Marthaville, Nell Brossette of Mora, Betty Ann Wyatt of New Caney, Tex.; two sisters-in-law, Dessie Mae Worley of Shreveport, Sybil Bostick of Monroe; one brother-in-law, Alvis Bostick of Biloxi, Miss.; numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Tom Tobin, Mike Tobin, Pat Tobin, Steve Pharis, Roy Bostick, George Ellis Bostick, Kenneth Nowlan, and Kurt Nowlan. Honorary pallbearers were Randy Nowlan, P. H. Worley, Joel Williams, Mark Williams, Troy Bostick, Terry Bostick, Thad Bostick, Byron Bostick, Wade Bostick, Wayne Bostick, and Dr. Will Worley.
