Buckley Funeral services for William Clinton Buckley, 61, of Anacoco, were held at 10 a.m., Friday, April 27, in the Beech Grove Congregational Methodist Church, with the Rev. I. D. Noble, the Rev. Roger Noble, and the Rev. Wesley Harrelson officiating. Burial was in the Beech Grove Cemetery, under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville. Mr. Buckley died Wednesday, April 25. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Thomas Wayne Buckley, and William C. Buckley, both of Anacoco, and Denton V. Buckley of Shreveport; two step-daughters, Mrs. Frances Delores Lewing of Shreveport, and Mrs. Mabine Craft Ellis of Hornbeck; one brother, Samuel Buckley Farris of Ajo, Ariz.; two half-brothers, Thomas M. Buckley of Grayson, and Britt Buckley of Natchitoches; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Gilberts of Arenas Valley, N. M., and Mrs. Pauline Brickerstaff of Houston, Tex.; two half-sisters, Mrs. Ellen Trichell of Clarence, and Mrs. Rosa Lee Whitaker of Evans; 14 grandchildren.
