The Sabine Index - Bessie Boswell

  28 Feb 1947 - Miss Bessie Boswell, age 58 years, died at her
home in Flora, 7:15 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23. Funeral services were
held Monday and interment was in Castro cemetery with Rev. Oliver
Roberts conducting last rites.

  Mrs. Boswell is survived by the following children: Laurence
Boswell, Shreveport, Miss Irene Goodman, Flora, Mrs. Versa Posso,
Floro, Mis. Thelma Allen, Pineville; brothers and sisters, John
and Will Stanley, Leesville, Mrs. Trudie Nash, Many, Mrs. Doss
Gandy, Leesville, Mrs. Owen Roberson, Bessiemae, Texas, Mrs. Jim
Purdue, DeRidder, and a number of nephews and neices.
