Mrs. Minnie Beckom

  Mrs. Minnie Beckom, 80, died Sunday, Oct. 12, in a Leesville
hospital, after a long illness.

  Services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday, in the Hixson Funeral Home
Chapel in Leesville, with Rev. Kenneth Baggs officiating,
assisted by Rev. Wayne Reeves. Burial was in the Beckom Cemetery
in Hornbeck.

  Survivors are one son, Bruce W. Beckom of Ill.; three sisters,
Mrs. Martha Jane Morrison, and Mrs. Bertie W. Spears, both of
Hornbeck, and Mrs. Louise Sandell of Leesville; and one brother,
J. A. Williams of Hornbeck.
