Willie Bison

  Funeral services were held Monday, December 5, at 10 a.m., in
St. Catherine Catholic Church, Noble, for Mr. Willie Bison.
Father Boyer officiated the services, and burial followed in the
St. Catherine Cemetery. Services were under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Many.

  Mr. Bison of Noble, died at 6:45 a.m., Saturday, December 3,
1983, at the age of 81, in the Heritage Manor Nursing Home in
Many.

  He is survived by five sons, Albert Bison, Shreveport, Roy
Bison, Zwolle, Willie B. Bison, Keithville, Tommy Joe Boson,
Shreveport, and Buster Bison, Shreveport; five daughters, Elsie
Ray Ferguson, Zwolle, Trinnie Bell Mora, Keithville, Willene
Bessing, Holliwood, Fla., Dorothy Anderson, Zwolle, and Mary L.
Bison, Baton Rouge; two brothers, Sam Bison, Shreveport, and
Robert Bison, Noble; three sisters, Bertie Anderson, Noble,
Bessie Barton, Noble, and Bernice Clark, Keithville; 34
grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
