Mrs. Gertie Lee Bison

  Mrs. Gertie Lee Bison, 57, of Florien, La., died at her
residence Wednesday, April 17, 1985, at 2 p.m.

  Funeral services were held Friday, April 19, at 10 a.m., in the
first Baptist Church of Florien, with the Rev. Mack Brister
officiating. Interment was in the Spring Ridge Cemetery, under
the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Mrs. Bison is survived by one daughter, Thelma Sue Cook of
Florien; three sons, James Edward Bison, and Kenneth Ray Bison of
Florien, and Ronald Lane Bison of Many; one brother, Huey P.
McGaha of Many; four sisters, Aleane Nash of Belmont, La., Vivian
Masters of Bellwood, Lurlene Cheshire of Jacksonville, Fla., and
Nell Maxey of Zwolle; 11 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
