Bison, 53, of Keithville, were held at 1 p.m., Monday, September 9, at Forest Park Cemetery. Rev. Gerald Palmer, pastor of Barron Road Baptist Church, officiated. Services were under the direction of Wellman's Funeral Home. Mrs. Bison was a native of Zwolle, La., and a resident of Keithville for three years, and a homemaker. She died Friday, September 6, 1985, at LSU Medical Center, following a brief illness. Survivors are husband, Willie E. Bison of Keithville; two sons, Dennis Earl Bison of Shreveport, and Michael Ray Bison, also of Keithville; four daughters, Deborah Sapp of New Orleans, Janet Faye Vaughn of Keithville, Miranda Hungerford of Slidell, and Linda Kaye Lyndy, also of Shreveport; four brothers, Herman Craig of Zwolle, Jerry Craig, and Charlie Craig, both of Many, and Olin Dean Craig of Florien, La.; two sisters, Thelma Pleasant of Knoxville, Virginia, and Dorothy Wilbur of California; twelve grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Tom Mora, Bubba Bison, Roy Bison, Tommy Bozeman, Chris Ebarb, and Mike Cassidy.
