Father William Carrey officiated, with interment in St. John Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mrs. Bison died Saturday, Dec. 16, at LSU Medical Center in Shreveport. Mrs. Bison was born March 3, 1946, in Natchitoches, to Orene Sims Gass, and James O. Gass. She was a licensed practical nurse, and a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Many. Survivors are her husband, Kenny Bison of Many; one son and daughter-in-law, Casey D. and Shannon Aytes of Pearl Harbor, Ha.; four sisters, Geannie Hodgkins, Shirley Whitman, and Brenda Ivey of Electra, Tex., and Glenda Ivey of Spartanburg, S. Carolina; one brother, Jimmy Gass of Spartanburg, S. Carolina. Pallbearers were J. L. Dees, Wade Britt, Dandy Medina, Jeremy Cook, Lee Raymond Isgitt, and Darrel Speight.
