Burial was in the Zwolle Cemetery under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mr. Baker died on Monday, Dec. 20, 1999 at Willis-Knighton Hospital in Shreveport. He was a U. S. marshal. Survivors include his wife, Edna M. Baker of Zwolle; one son, William E. Baker of Houston, Texas; two daughters, Connie R. DeLuco of Houston and Paula M. Smith of Bonne-Terre, Mo.; five brothers, J. D. Baker of Aldrich, Missouri, Donal Baker of Rogers, Ark., Jess Baker of Mullberry, Ark., Kenneth Baker of Lawton, Okla., and Paul Baker of Zwolle; three sisters, Doris Crider of Cleveland, Okla., Louise Johns of Okla., and Nadelle Longmate of Lowell, Ark.; and four stepsons, Richard Scott, Dan Scott, Mike Scott and Rudy Scott, all of Springdale, Ark.
