Mr. Sam Leon Busher, Jr.

  Mr. Sam Leon Busher Jr., 69, died Thursday, April 8, at
Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport.

  Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 10, at
St. Joseph Catholic Church, with interment following at Old
Zwolle Cemetery. Father Peter Pulivelil officiated.

  Survivors include his widow, Mary Busher of Zwolle; two sons,
Timothy E. Busher and wife Donna, and Douglas "Dog" Busher and
wife Melissa, all of Zwolle; four daughters, Martha Burleigh and
husband Brent of Lafayette, Joanne Greer and husband Chris of
Anacoco, Julie Parrie and husband Jackie of Zwolle, and Ida Mae
Willadson of Longview, Texas; father, Thomas English of
Leesville; one sister, Pauline Cordova of Orange, Texas; one
brother, Johnny Busher and wife Jerri of Houston, Texas; 17
grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces,
nephews, and friends.

  Pallbearers were Earnest Wayne Torres, Raymond Ezernack, Marty
Sepulvado, Kenny Torres, John Cordova, and Ernest Sepulvado.
