The Revs. Ray Dyess, and Glen Howard will officiate. Burial will be in Beulah Cemetery at Marthaville. Mrs. Booker died Sunday, Sept. 8, in Natchitoches Parish Hospital. She was a native and lifelong resident of Marthaville. She was a homemaker and member of Crossroads Baptist Church at Marthaville. Mrs. Booker was preceded in death by her first husband, Adrain Barnhill; two grandchildren, Phyliss Allbritton, and Randy Floyd; one great grandson, Justin Allbritton; her parents, L. N., and Maggie Sanders; and one brother, C. J. Sanders. Survivors include her husband, Houston Marvin Booker of Marthaville; two daughters, Barbara Floyd of Robeline, and Brenda Baxter of Marthaville; two sons, Richard W. Barnhill of Doyline, and Wayne Booker of Frankfort, Ohio. She is also survived by one sister, Ann Dixon of Bossier City; three brothers, Cecil Sanders of Marthaville, Huey Sanders of Alabama, and Ronald Sanders of Tucson, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren, Diana Laroux, Frances Walker, Patty Floyd, Robert Barnhill, Jena Lauw, Ana Ebarb, Chrystal Lauw, Lawanna Booker, Derell Booker, Shelby Booker, and Casey Booker; 14 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson. Pallbearers will be Wayne Booker, Daniel Laroux, Robert Baxter, James Walker, Nathan Allbritton, and Kenny Parks. Blanchard-St. Denis, Natchitoches, La.
