The Sabine Index - William Hamilton Boyd 
  
  15 Jan 1959 - Funeral services for William Hamilton Boyd, 62, 
were held last Friday at 2 p.m. in Converse Methodist Church with 
Rev. H. T. Isgitt officiating. Burial was in Union Springs 
cemetery under the direction of Drewett Funeral Home. 
  
  Mr. Boyd, a foreman for the State Highway Department died 
Wednesday in a Converse clinic after a short illness. 
  
  Survivors include his widow; a son, W. H. Boyd, Jr., of Artesia, 
N. M.; a daughter, Mrs. Bessie Ford of Shreveport; a brother, L. 
D. Boyd of Converse, and three sisters, Mrs. S. M. Norwood of 
Converse, Mrs. T. A. Cassel of Noble and Mrs. Joe Ford of 
Griffin, Ind.
