Services were held at Many United Pentecost Church, on Thursday, April 6, at 10 a.m., with Rev. C. J. Walea officiating. Burial was at Bethsadia cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Survivors include her husband, Clifton David Batson of Zwolle; one daughter, June Taylor of Natchitoches; five brothers, Bill Leggett of Mineral Wells, Tex., Maurice Leggett of Layfette, Jimmy Leggett, and Joe Leggett, both of Tyler, Tex., A. J. Leggett of Baton Rouge; five sisters, Letha Beardon of Fisher, Marie Johnson of Bossier City, Ann Coffee of Converse, Ima Jean Leggett of Mineral Wells, Tex., Louise McComic of Many; three grandsons, Jerry Taylor Jr. of Zwolle, Gerry Taylor of Zwolle, and Jamie Taylor of Natchitoches; one granddaughter, JoAnna Ammons of Zwolle.
