All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Mrs. Kathryn Ruth Boudreaux Butler Funeral services for Mrs. Kathryn Ruth Boudreaux Butler, 36, of Cotton Valley, were held Tuesday, November 29, at 3 p.m., in the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Zwolle. Msgr. Matthew Scanlon officiated, with interment following in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Services were under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Many. Mrs. Butler died at 8:25 a.m., Monday, November 28, 1983, at the Sabine Medical Center in Many, following an extended illness. A former resident of Zwolle, she resided in Cotton Valley with her family. She was a high school teacher, having received her M.B.A. from Northwestern State University. She was affiliated with numerous organizations, and was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Springhill. Survivors include her husband, Danny Butler; and two daughters, Cynthia, and Daphne, all of Cotton Valley; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Boudreaux of Zwolle; one brother, Pat Boudreaux, Zwolle; three sisters, Joan Sheffield, Many, Jennifer Remedies, Zwolle, and Karen Montgomery, Shreveport; eight nephews; seven nieces; and numerous aunts and uncles.
