George L. Bell

  George L. Bell, 91, of Many, died Monday, Jan. 10, at 10:25
a.m., after a short illness.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 11, at 3 p.m., in the
Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Rudolph B. Hennigan, and
the Rev. M. C. Green officiating. Interment was in the Mt. Carmel
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Effie Bell of Many; two daughters,
Mrs. Pearl Sanford, and Mrs. Verna Rutherford of Many; two sons,
Armon H. Bell, and Arthur Bell, both of Many; 11 grandchildren,
15 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Dennis Weldon, Dewey Self, Buddy Wilson, Robert
Snider, Jerry Canady, and Ronnie Goodman.
