  Mrs. Hazel Meshell Bell, 55, of Zwolle, died Sunday, Nov. 8,
after a brief illness, at Huey P. Long Memorial Hospital in
Pineville.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 10, at St.
Joseph's Catholic Church in Zwolle, with interment following at
Zwolle Cemetery. Father Kenneth Williams, pastor of St. Ann's
Catholic Church in Ebarb, officiated.

  Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Bell of Zwolle; two sons,
Gary R. Bell and wife Connie, and Kenny Bell and wife Allison,
both of Zwolle; two daughters, Dianna Bell and Mark Todd, and
Loretta Bell, both of Zwolle; four sisters, Annie Ruth Ezernack,
Alice Sepulvado, Carolyn Williams, and Linda Williams, all of
Zwolle; four brothers, Woodrow Meshell of Robeline, Henry Thomas
Meshell, Joe Meshell, and James Meshell, all of Zwolle; and six
grandchildren, Joey Ebarb, Delane Bell, Nick Rivers, Michael
Peterson, Jarrett Bell, and Jacob Bell, all of Zwolle. Mrs. Bell
was preceded in death by her parents, Wilson and Rosa Meshell;
one brother, Glen Patrick Meshell; and one granddaughter,
Madeline Brook Bell.

  Pallbearers were James Parrie, Timothy Meshell, Clint Rivers,
Ernie Williams, Clifton Malmay, Phillip Alvey, Ken Greer, and
Mark Todd.

  In lieu of flowers, family suggest memorials be made to the St.
Joseph's Catholic Church in Zwolle.
