Everett Earl Black

  Graveside services for Mr. Everett Earl Black, 82, were held at
10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10, at Gorum Cemetery. Father Kenneth
Williams and Father Corker officiated.

  Mr. Black died on Feb. 8, at Sabine Medical Center.

  He is survived by one son, Carrel Black of Cuba, Ala.; four
daughters, Sandra Hendrick of Diboll, Tex., Jane McCann of
Lufkin, Tex., Desiree Parrie of Zwolle, and Pamela Etheridge of
Zwolle; two sisters, Rachel Daniel of Great Bend, Kan., and Irene
Hickman of Moran, Kan.; thirteen grandchildren; and seven great
grandchildren.

  He is preceded in death by his wife, Annie Black.

  Pallbearers included Don Hendrick, Pat McCann, Larry Parrie,
Joseph Etheridge, Kevin Troquille, and Terry DeLatin.
