Mrs. Belisle died Tuesday morning, May 28, in Broken Arrow, Okla., following an extended illness. She was 83. Local services were held at the Many Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, with Bishop J. Michael Slay officiating. The obituary was given by Vernon Moon, and the speaker was Glen T. Warner. The services were under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Burial followed in Many Cemetery. Pallbearers were Glen B. Warner, Phillip L. Warner, John B. Hoop, Kevin Arringon, Carlin Wagley, and Phillip Slay. Honorary pallbearers were her brothers, Grover, Fred, and Alton Wagley. Services for Mrs. Belisle were held in Broken Arrow, Thursday, May 30, at noon, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, under the direction of Bishop C. Ted Reeves. The obituary was given by Vernon Moon, and the speaker was Glen T. Warner. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Vernon (Dorothy) Moon of Orem, Utah, Mrs. Glen (Mildred) Warner of Glenwood, Utah, and Mrs. Lyle (Hannah) Hoop of Broken Arrow, Okla.; three sisters, Mrs. William (Ruby) Eason of Bountiful, Utah, Mrs. W. L. (Flossie) Nichols of Nicolsville, Ky., and Mrs. Dan (Audrey) Slay of Many; three brothers, Grover Wagley, and Fred Wagley, both of Many, and Alton Wagley of Nome, Texas; 12 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren. Mrs. Belisle was pre-deceased by her husband, who died Feb. 24, 1961; by her parents, Alexandia and Cora Belle Wagley; three sisters, Lina Cobb, Nina Lockwood, and Pearl Robinson; a brother, Arthur (Mack) Wagley; and a number of nieces and nephews.
