John Blackwell

  John L. Blackwell, 88, of Noble, died Monday, Feb. 13, in a
Converse hospital.

  Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 15, in
Noble Baptist Church, with the Rev. Charles Duncan officiating.

  Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery, under the direction of Drewett
Funeral Home of Mansfield.

  Survivors include three sons, Boyce Blackwell of Minden, and
Doyle Blackwell, and Tatum Blackwell, both of Noble; one
daughter, Mrs. Sarah Pugh; one sister, Mrs. Lucinda Morgan of
Hainesville; two brothers, Charles Blackwell of Goldonna, and Tom
Blackwell of Hainesville.
