Belisle was called from this earthly life Tuesday, March 7, at 8:45 p.m., after a short illness. At the time of his death, he was a plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical contractor in Many. Funeral rites for Mr. Belisle were held Thursday, March 9, in the Warren Meadows Funeral Chapel, at 10 a.m. The Rev. Billy White, pastor of the Many United Pentecostal Church, officiated. Burial was in the Many Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Masonic rites were conducted at the graveside. Mr. Belisle went into business in Many in the mid 1940's, after returning home from the service. He was a member of the Shrine Club, and the Masons. He was a brother of the late J. M. Belisle, who was owner of the "Sabine Index". Surviving Mr. Belisle are his wife; four sons, Norman, George, Donald, and Earl, all of Many; and a sister, Mrs. Mary Jo Declue of Many. Pallbearers were Wayne Jacobs, Wesley Snell, Mike Pearson, B. J. Tidwell Jr., F. D. Eason, and Ed Baldrige.
