Delila Hayes Blackman

  Delila Hayes Blackman, 88, of Vidor, Texas. Died Monday, April
23, 2001, at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont,
Texas. She was a native of Many, and had been living in Vidor,
Texas, since 1958.

  Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., Tuesday, April 24, at
Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, with interment following at
Restlawn Memorial Park.

  Survivors include one son, Norman Blackman of Vidor, Texas;
daughter, Rita Blackman Bailey of Garland, Texas; sister, Edna
Hayes McCormic of Many; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great
grandchildren.
