Mrs. Bollen was retired from the U.S. Postal Service. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, August 9, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Mansfield Chapel, with interment following at Oak Grove Cemetery. The Rev. David Hill, the Rev. Randy King, pastor of Henrietta Church, and the Rev. Jimmy Price, pastor of Noble Baptist Church, officiated. Survivors include one daughter, Clydie Faye Ford of Converse; one sister, Opal Sandifer of Alamogordo, N. M.; one brother, Sam Shoalmire of Mansfield; four grandchildren, Charles Dean Ford, Jacqueline Waynette Ford Buecker, Nova Leigh Ford, and J. C. Ford; and five great grandchildren, Monica Ford, Dustie Buecker, Penny Ford, Stacie Buecker, and Tara Carson. Mrs. Bollen was preceded in death by husband, Clyde G. Bollen; one grandson, Thomas Wayne Ford; one great granddaughter, Jessica Ford; and one son, Charles Wayne Bollen. Pallbearers were Bobby Ray Shoalmire, J. L. Shoalmire, Randy Shoalmire, David Sistrunk, Jamie Lafitte, and Charles Sommers. Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Mansfield, La.
