Mrs. Cora Blankenship

  Mrs. Cora Blankenship, 73, of Pleasant Hill, died on Thursday,
August 8, at 12:37 p.m., in Many, after an extended illness.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, August 10, at 2 p.m., at
the Progress Church, with the Rev. L. T. Kerens, and the Rev.
Foster Jennings officiating. Burial was in the Progress Cemetery,
under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include her husband, Clyde Blankenship of Pleasant
Hill; one son, Coy Blankenship of Shreveport; 2 brothers, R. R.
Clements of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Joe Clements of Taft, Tex.;
3 sisters, Mrs. Ora Jones of Topeka, Kansas, Mrs. Della Mae Navy,
and Mrs. Lois Stence, both of Illinios; and 3 grandchildren.
