Rosa Etta Blankenship

  Services for Mrs. Rosa Etta Blankenship, 82, of Shreveport, were
held Saturday, Nov. 22, at 1 p.m., at the Bethel Methodist Church
in Marthaville. The Rev. Foster Jennings officiated, with burial
following at the Beulah Cemetery in Marthaville. Funeral
directions were under the Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home of
Coushatta.

  Mrs. Blankenship died on Thursday, Nov. 20, at Meadowpark
Nursing Home of Shreveport.

  She is survived by two sons, Otho I. B. Blankenship, and Gertha
C. Blankenship, both of Shreveport; two brothers, Charlie King,
Pleasant Hill, and Walter King, Lake Charles; ten grandchildren,
and 12 great grandchildren.
