Samuel R. Blankenship

  Mr. Samuel R. Blankenship, 54, died in Pleasant Hill, on April
11, 1987.

  Services were held at Progress Presbyterian Church, on April 13,
at 1 p.m. burial was at Progress Presbyterian Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  He is survived by one daughter, Debborah D. Blankenship of
Pineville; two sons, Sammy Ray Blankenship of Tampa, Florida, and
Kenneth Blankenship of Alexandria; two brothers, Marley Wayne
Blankenship of Speurger, Tex., and Melton Wayne Blankenship of
Alexandria; three sisters, Ada Blankenship Sexton of Pineville,
Wanda Petre of Pineville, and Patricia Minton of Alexandria.
