Rev. Wallace Blount

  The Rev. Wallace Blount, 86, of Many, died Sunday, March 26, in
a Dallas, Tex. hospital. He was the former pastor of the First
Christian Church of Mansfield.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 29, in the Drewett
Funeral Home in Mansfield, with the Rev. B. J. Tidwell, and the
Rev. L. H. West officiating. Burial was in the Highland Cemetery.

  Survivors are two sons, Lloyd Blount of Many, and Alton Blount
of Houston, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Ellis Stroupe of Richards
City, Tenn.; and one brother, E. E. Blount of Sherman, Tex.
