Mattie Sebren Bullard

  Services for Mrs. Mattie Sebren Bullard, 100, of Zwolle, were
held at 3 p.m., Friday, Sept. 30, at the Zwolle First Baptist
Church. Brother Fisk Ray, and Brother Harrison McCoy officiated.
Burial was at Belmont Cemetery near Zwolle. Plans were under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Bullard, a lifelong resident of Sabine Parish, La., and a
descendant of a pioneer family of the Belmont Community, died
Thursday, Sept. 29, 1983, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Many.

  Mrs. Bullard was preceded in death by her husband, E. N.
Bullard, and two sons, Ovie M. Bullard, and Dr. C. Lee Bullard.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law; Mr. and Mrs. H. B.
Brown of Keithville, La.; one grandson, Glenwood Bullard of
Belmont; two granddaughters, Janell Bullard of Shreveport, La.,
Margaret Kratzer of Minden, La.; two great granddaughters,
Kristin and Meredith Mitchell, Minden.

  Pallbearers were Joel Webb, Melton McFerrin, J. W. Webb, E. T.
Murphy, Sam Sebren, Glenwood Bullard, Homer Brown, and Dick
Kratzer.
