Officiating were Rev. Fisk Ray, Rev. Bill Hoffman, and Rev. Bobby Dye. Interment followed in the Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mrs. Bullard passed away on September 12, 1990, at the Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport. Mrs. Bullard was born in Florien, and resided in Zwolle for 52 years. She graduated from Northwestern State University, and was a retired school librarian. Mrs. Bullard was a very active member of the Zwolle First Baptist Church, serving in several capacities. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, and past Deputy Worthy Grand Matron. Mrs. Bullard was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Lee, and her brother, Elbert Lee. She is survived by her husband of over 52 years, C. G. Bullard of Zwolle; one son, Glenwood Bullard of Belmont, and a much beloved daughter-in-law, Connie Bullard; one sister, Maxine Holmes, and her husband, Woody of Jonesboro; four nieces, Carol Holmes Kuehner of Jacksonville, Florida, Sheila Holmes Theriot of Rayne, Janell Bullard of Shreveport, and Margaret Bullard Kratzer of Minden; two great nieces, Kristin Mitchell, and Meredith Mitchell. Pallbearers were James Q. Salter, J. J. Graves, Jack Napier, James Napier, M. F. Finuf, Dr. Richard J. Oosta, Dr. Hubert L. Prevost, and Donny Durr. Honorary pallbearers included the First Baptist Church Deacons.
