Eddie Behan

  Eddie Elmo (Peck) Behan, 60, of Hornbeck, died Thursday morning,
Feb. 3.

  Services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 5, in the Assembly
of God Church, with the Revs. James Flannigan, and Roy Dowden
officiating. Burial was in Prewitts Chapel Cemetery, under the
direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville.

  Surviving are his widow; one step-son, Frank A. Howard of
Hornbeck; one step-daughter, Mrs. Martha Knippers of Hornbeck;
five sisters, Florence Sisson, and Nora Dowden, both of
Natchitoches, Jewel Jeter of West Monroe, Rosa Lee Johnson of
Little Rock, Ark., and Lillie Garrett of Baytown, Tex.; two half
brothers, John Behan of Robeline, and Tom Behan of Hornbeck, and
six grandchildren.
