He is survived by four sons, Austin Behan, Alexandria, Kenneth Behan, Shreveport, Autry C. Behan, Robeline, and Bobby Behan, El Dorado, Ark.; one daughter, Eunice Lee Oxley, Sulphur; five sisters, Mrs. Nora Dowden, and Mrs. Florence Sisson, both of Natchitoches, Mrs. Lillie Garrett, Baytown, Tex., Mrs. Rosalee Johnson, Hot Springs, Ark., and Mrs. Jewel Geter, West Monroe; 19 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren. Services for Mr. Behan were held on Friday, April 6, in the Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, at 4 p.m., with Rev. Hoy Leach officiating. Burial was in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Pallbearers were Glen Royce Behan, Paul Behan, Gerald W. Behan, Phillip Behan, Doyle Dewayne Behan, and Monroe Self.
