Mrs. Rubye Ott Beam

  Services for Mrs. Rubye Ott Beam, 74, of Mansfield, were held at
1 p.m., Fri. Oct. 19, in Drewett Funeral Home in Mansfield. The
Rev. Jim Myers officiated. Burial was in the Highland Cemetery in
Mansfield.

  Mrs. Beam, a resident of Mansfield for a number of years, died
Oct. 18, 1984, in Pleasant Hill General Hospital, following a
lengthy illness.

  She is survived by two sons, Ronald L. Beam of New Orleans, and
Karey F. Beam of Chatham, La.; five grandchildren; one great
grandchild; and one sister, Mrs. Rosa Lee Haire of Pleasant Hill,
La.
