He was born in Many, and worked for the Louisiana Department of Transportation as a truck operator for the past 16 years. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, and a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church in Hornbeck. Funeral services were held Monday, July 7, at 10 a.m., at Pleasant View Baptist Church in Hornbeck, with interment following at Oak Grove Cemetery in Hornbeck. The Rev. Kenneth Baggs officiated. Mr. Behan is survived by one son, Devin Dewayne Behan of DeRidder; one brother, Gerald W. Behan of Hornbeck; and one sister, Rutha Mae Riley of Orange, Texas.
