Mrs. Katie Elizabeth Muse Benson

  Mrs. Katie Elizabeth Muse Benson, 80, died in Brigham City, Utah
Thursday, July 22, 1999 after a massive stroke/Aizheimer's.

  Mrs. Benson grew up in Many were she graduated from Many High
School and attended Northwestern Normal College. Her focus was
always on family and church. She was an excellent seamstress,
enjoyed sewing for her children and loved to feed everyone. She
was born in Oct. 13, 1918 in Many and the daughter of Willis M.
and Rosa Elizabeth Peterson Muse.

  Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 27 at Church
of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Central Ward in Brigham City,
Utah, with interment following at Brigham City Cemetery.

  Survivors include her husband, Winston Benson; four children,
Rosanna Snow and Rebecca Roper, both of Brigham City, Utah, Greg
Benson of Clearfield Utah and Joe Benson of Phoenix, Ariz.; one
brother, Willis H. Muse of Salt Lake City, Utah; and two sisters,
Lois Hendricks and Mina Ruth Muse, both of Riverton, Utah.
