S. E. Bowman

  Funeral services for S. E. Bowman, 61, of Hornbeck, were held at
2 p.m., Sunday, April 15, in the Vernon Funeral Home Chapel in
Leesville, with the Rev. William R. Dowden officiating. Burial
was in the Beckom Cemetery in Hornbeck.

  Mr. Bowman died Friday, April 13, at his residence in Hornbeck.

  Survivors include a son, Gene Elton Bowman of Westlake; a
daughter, Mrs. Loye Sandell of Converse; three brothers, Bert
Bowman of Shreveport, Bob Bowman of Westlake, and Perry Bowman of
Lake Charles; four sisters, Mrs. N. O. Grant, and Mrs. G. I.
Porter, both of Westlake, Mrs. Dolia Ellis of Lake Charles, and
Mrs. Audrey Busher of Shreveport; and five grandchildren.
