Mrs. Jimmie Bowman

  Mrs. Jimmie Jewell Bowman of Pleasant Hill, 81, died Thursday,
Oct. 9.

  Services were at 2 p.m.,Sunday, in Pleasant Hill Methodist
Church, with Rev. Ed Dilworth officiating. Burial was in Oak
Grove Cemetery.

  Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Annette Anderson of Pleasant
Hill, Mrs. Geraldine Helms of Houston, Tex., and Mrs. Justine
McWhorter of Lexington, N. C.; one son, Jesse Daniel Bowman Jr.
of Baker; one brother, F. V. Jackson of Orange, Tex.; three
sisters, Mrs. Gladys Burkette of Pollock, Mrs. Frona Bailes of
Sulphur, and Mrs. Elizabeth Patricks of Mansfield; eight
grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
