Joseph Wade Barr

  Joseph Wade Barr, 95, of Many, died at his residence Monday,
March 7, at 6 a.m., after an extended illness.

  He is survived by his wife, Lovie Barr of Many two daughters,
Mrs. Ross Miller of Many, and Mary Barr of Shreveport; 8
grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 8, at 10 a.m., in the
Zion Hill Baptist church, with the Rev. Elcie Walker, the Rev. J.
P. King, and the Rev. Travis McCollough officiating. Burial was
in the Zion Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Ralph Vines, Tom Langton, Edgar Savell, N. L.
Busby, Clyde Anthony, and Levoie Branam.
