Lester Berry Sr.

  Lester Berry Sr., 70, of Robeline, died Thursday afternoon,
April 3, in Natchitoches Parish Hospital.

  Services were at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 5, in Marthaville
Baptist Church, with the Rev. J. P. King, and the Rev. Sammy
Giddens officiating. Burial followed in Marthaville Cemetery.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Georgia Berry of Robeline;
five sons, Lester Berry Jr., Jimmy R. Berry, Albert Berry, Joseph
Berry, and James Berry, all of Robeline; four daughters, Mrs.
Harold Dahl of Marthaville, Mrs. John W. Bailes of Marrero, Mrs.
N. L. Lodre Lodridge of Robeline, and Jessie B. Gibson of
Natchitoches; one sister, Beulah King of Shreveport; one brother,
Dolph Berry of Natchitoches; 32 grandchildren; and 12 great
grandchildren.
