Mr. Ollie W. Barr

  Funeral services for Mr. Ollie W. Barr, were held at Warren
Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, Tuesday, August 21, at 10 a.m., with
Rev. Jerry Means, and Rev. George McVay officiating. Burial was
in Bayou Scie Cemetery. Services were under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Barr died at Sabine Medical Center, Sunday, August 19, 1984,
at 9:50 p.m. He was 80 years old.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Pawnee Ramsey Barr of Many; one
son, Preston W. Barr of Ferriday; one daughter, Patsy Barr
Chandler of Winnie, Texas; three brothers, Fermer Barr of
Gladewater, Texas, Paddie Barr of Zwolle, Frank Barr of Kilgore,
Texas; two sisters, Willie May Maines of Many, Emma Middleton of
Zwolle; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and a host
of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers were Chris Chandler, Mike Chandler, Frank Means, Tom
Gray, Rufus Self, and Michael Barr.
