Alfred Mitchell officiating. Burial was in the Union Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Mr. Burr, 69, died Sunday, Feb. 13, in Zwolle, at 2:30 p.m., after a short illness. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. B. L. Burr of Zwolle; nine sons, Willand of Oak Grove, La., Boyce of Zwolle, Marvin of Logansport, La., Chubby of Shreveport, Ray of Bowie, Texas, Roy of Burras, Bobby Jean Burr of Opelousas, Elbert of Shreveport, and Frank of Zwolle; five daughters, Mrs. Audrey Mays of Shreveport, Mrs. Gladys Prescott of Big Springs, Texas, Mrs. Dorothy Ann McWilliams of Dayton, Texas, Mrs. Nona Faye Anderson of Zwolle, and Mrs. Betty Sue Thibodeaux of Opelousas; two brothers, Robert Burr of Jefferson, Texas, and Jim Burr of Mansfield; four sisters, Mrs. Ann Chism of Houston, Mrs. Lula Vines of Zwolle, Mrs. Beulah Price of Monroe, and Mrs. Rena Ebarb of Bernice; 34 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
