C. Parker Burr

  Chubby Parker Burr, 39, died Monday, Dec. 5, in Shreveport.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday, Dec. 7, in the Drewett
Funeral Home Chapel in Mansfield. Burial was in the Old Union
Cemetery.

  Survivors are his mother, Mrs. Lilly Mae Burr of Zwolle; five
sisters, Mrs. Audry Mays of Odessa, Tex., Mrs. Norma Anderson of
Zwolle, Mrs. Gladys Prescott of Big Springs, Tex., Mrs. Dorothy
McWilliams of Wood Springs, and Mrs. Betty Sue Thibodeaux of
Opelousas; eight brothers, Ray Burr of Brown, Tex., Albert Burr
of Shreveport, Bobby Burr of Opelousas, Roy Burr of Melrose,
Douglas Burr, and Brian Burr, both of Zwolle, Marvin Burr of
Logansport, and Willard Burr of Oak Grove.
