Barbee, 68, who died in Siloam Springs, Ark., Tuesday, Oct. 30, were conducted at the Pylatte Funeral Chapel, Thursday, Nov. 1, at 4 p.m., with a minister from John Brown University officiating. Interment was in Siloam Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Pylatte Funeral Home. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. A. V. Barbee; one step daughter, Mrs. James Davidson, Kansas City; three brothers, J. L. Barbee of Siloam Springs, W. A. Barbee of New Orleans, B. D. Barbee of Gentry, Ark.; three sisters, Miss Argarine Barbee, Mrs. Bessie Yeager, and Mrs. Winnifred Pyeatte, all of Siloam Springs; and three grandsons. Dr. Barbee was formerly from Sabine Parish, having been reared at Ft. Jesup. He left here in 1920.
